Needed a specific Craftsman shop vac filter, and two pre filters. Found them online, in-stock at the Cornelia Ace. Walked in showed 3 screenshots to the staff member who greeted me. We walked directly to the isle/bay, confirmed SKU, I was ready to go…. He then pointed out that they had a finer filter better suited. Not an up-sale, just good advice. Proceeded to checkout, confirmed & received Military Discount, in&out time 16min. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and neighborly. The slightly higher prices compared to online were justified by the experienced staff, convenience factor, and transaction speed.
